Estimates based on published industry benchmarks, not Local Margin results. Actual savings depend on your categories, volume, suppliers, and current rates.
Where these numbers come from
Each category carries a low and a high rate drawn from published benchmarks for what group purchasing achieves in that category elsewhere. Freight tends to move most; software tends to move least.
The estimate applies a single blended benchmark range — 10% to 18% — to your total monthly spend, rather than asking you to break it out by category. The per-category rates show the kind of movement group purchasing tends to achieve in each area.
What a range means
The output is a range rather than a number because the outcome depends on your categories, your volume, which suppliers you already use, and what you are paying today. A seller already on negotiated freight rates has less room than one paying published prices.
Treat the low end as the more likely figure until you have a real quote in hand.
These are benchmarks, not promises
Nothing here is a quote and nothing here is a commitment. These are published industry benchmarks for the group purchasing model, applied to numbers you entered.
